1. Shipping and delivery information
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.
www.pinyabcn.com sends orders with MRW. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch. We currently serve the European Union (excl. Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla)
-Orders within Spain: 48 - 72 hours
-European orders: 5 working days

2. Right of return
Purchases can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s). Shipment or return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, the following criteria must be met:
– All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact.
– No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging.
Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria risk being refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located to:
